Description
Xylometazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Drops: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride is a class of nasal decongestants. It is administered to alleviate irritation and inflammation caused due to nasal blocks and colds. Xylometazoline Hydrochloride is applied in the management of mucosal inflammation encountered in colds, allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nose), and sinusitis (sinus flaring). Allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the interior of the nose and nostrils due to allergies. Sinusitis refers to inflammation of the nasal sinuses, blocked and obstructed by mucous secretions and fluid.
Xylometazoline Hydrochloride contains Xylometazoline hydrochloride. Xylometazoline Hydrochloride acts by narrowing inflamed blood vessels, opening up the airways, and promoting a freer movement of air. Xylometazoline Hydrochloride, therefore, is an effective decongestant and clears the nose of swelling.
